Mountain Biking in the Brechfa Forest

With some of the best mountain bike trails in Carmarthenshire right on our doorstep, the Forest Arms is the perfect stop-off on your cycling adventure. Whether you’re staying in our 7-person linked-room accommodation or just popping in for some pub grub and a pint, there’s always a welcome in the hillside.

And if you get a bit muddy while you’re biking (it happens), don’t worry, we’ll still let you in! You can even sit and warm up by the toasty open fire in colder weather or soak up the Sun in our large Beer Garden in the Summer.
